Terms of use

These terms apply when you use skEYEwatch VMS: the website at vms.skeyewatch.com and the skEYEwatch VMS mobile app (the "Service"), provided by skEYEwatch Inc. ("skEYEwatch", "we", "us"). Your organization's agreement with us also applies, and where it differs from these terms, that agreement wins. By signing in you accept these terms.

1. Your account

Your account is given to you by your organization. Keep your password and sign-in codes private, do not share your account, and tell your administrator or us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

2. Using the Service

Use the Service only for your organization's lawful business and only for the vehicles and information you are allowed to see. Do not try to reach other accounts or data, disrupt or overload the Service, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use it to break any law.

3. Video, location and recording

The Service shows video, sound and locations recorded in vehicles. Your organization is responsible for using its recorders lawfully, including telling drivers and passengers about recording and getting any consent the law requires. Share videos only with people who are entitled to see them: anyone with a shared link can watch the video until the link expires or is revoked.

4. Your organization's data

Your organization owns the information from its vehicles and the content it adds. We use it only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy policy.

5. Our Service

The Service, the app and their content belong to skEYEwatch Inc. or its licensors. We keep improving the Service and may change its features. We aim to keep it available at all times, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every recording or location will be available: a recorder may be switched off, asleep or out of coverage.

6. No warranties and limits on liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no promises beyond those in your organization's agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. The Service helps manage fleets; it is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

7. Suspension and ending

We or your organization may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken, if your organization's subscription ends or is overdue, or to protect the Service or other people.

8. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, and they are not responsible for the app or its support. The store's own terms apply to you too.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
